Children:
3.5-year-old boy – Curious and energetic preschooler who loves playing outside, cars, and puzzles. He will be in preschool full-time (Monday–Friday) with occasional days off for school holidays.
10-month-old boy – A happy, social baby who loves human interaction and is quickly developing his personality. He will require full-time, attentive care at home.
Pets: One friendly 18-lb mini goldendoodle and one short-haired cat (no care required; dog walker provided).
Household: Dual-physician household with a structured but laid-back environment, following gentle parenting principles. The family values close, long-term relationships with their nanny and encourages connection with their current outgoing nanny to hear about her experience.
🗓 Schedule
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some variation based on parents’ on-call schedules)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week (typically 45–50 hours most weeks)
🤝 Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: Competitive and negotiable, based on experience
Payroll: W-2, weekly direct deposits via payroll service (taxes withheld)
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO + 10 paid sick days
Paid Holidays: 6 holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Additional Benefits: Monthly healthcare stipend
🚘 Transportation
Vehicle Required: Yes — nanny must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving with two children in car seats (provided by family)
Driving Responsibilities: Preschool drop-off/pickup (school <10 min away), local outings encouraged
📋 Household Responsibilities
Children’s laundry
Keeping play areas tidy
Loading/unloading dishwasher
Occasional grocery runs or errands
Occasional dog walking (optional — dog walker provided)
🍼 Childcare Responsibilities
Full-time care for 10-month-old
Morning routine and preschool drop-off for 3.5-year-old
Occasional preschool pickup
Planning and engaging in outings with the baby (family will provide activity passes)
Creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for both children
