Includes comprehensive background check, curated candidate profiles, interview support, customized nanny-family work agreement, and 90-day post-placement support. A $350 non-refundable deposit begins your search.

Temporary Placement | $2,000 For families needing professional care for up to four months. Perfect for summer coverage, parental leave, travel, or gaps between long-term solutions. Includes the same thorough vetting process as our long-term placements.

Custom Connections | $1,200 For families who already have a candidate in mind and need help with the logistics. Includes comprehensive background check, customized work agreement, and onboarding support.

What Families Should Know Before Hiring a Nanny in Ohio:

Must legally compensate your caregiver as an in-home employee using a W-2 and applicable overtime.
Must agree to offer industry standards (i.e. guaranteed weekly pay based on a set schedule, paid vacation, holidays, and sick days).
