A loving, lively family is seeking a full-time nanny/family assistant who can thrive in a home full of princess parties, dance sessions, singing, sparkles, and big personalities. Their three children (9 months, 3 years and 5 years) are expressive, confident, and energetic — this role is perfect for someone who embraces joyful chaos and brings warmth, structure, and flexibility to their work.
Dad works from home, while Mom works outside the home - so comfort working in a home with a WFH parent is a must! The family values kindness, respect, and open communication. Parents are Catholic; however, faith formation is not required as part of childcare. A nanny who shares similar values is important, and prayer or Bible reading is welcomed (but never expected). Bonus coworkers include one large friendly dog and two cats - applicants must be pet friendly!
🗓 Position Details
Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week, guaranteed
Compensation: $25–$27/hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Guaranteed hours, paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation, and paid sick time
🍼 Key Responsibilities
Childcare Responsibilities
Providing engaging, attentive care for babies and young children
Confidently managing infant feeding, including gag reflex awareness and baby-led weaning
Leading active, creative play with no screen time
Encouraging outdoor play and exploration
Supporting structure and boundaries using timeouts, redirection, and removal of privileges when necessary
Providing safe transportation from school and to activities
Family Assistant Responsibilities
Completing household tasks when Mom is home, including:
Meal prep
Children’s laundry
Helping maintain the playroom and children’s bedrooms
Placing grocery orders and maintaining household inventory
Running errands as needed
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
A family vehicle will be provided for school pick-ups, outings, and errands.

Experienced with infants and young children
Highly dependable and proactive about time-off communication
Organized and able to shift smoothly between childcare and household tasks
Someone who enjoys becoming a trusted part of a family
✅ Requirements
3+ years of nanny experience, especially with infants
CPR & First Aid Certified
Strong understanding of infant feeding and child development
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working alongside a work-from-home parent
Excellent communication skills and reliability
