Transitional Full-Time to Ongoing Part-Time Nanny Needed – Powell, Ohio

A warm and thoughtful family in Powell, Ohio is looking for an active, engaged and proactive nanny to join their care team. They need a full-time placement while their current nanny is on maternity leave (January to March) and then ongoing part-time care after she returns. While they are open to having two separate candidates for the Full-Time and Part-Time phases, preference will be given to candidates available to do both and make a long term commitment.


🗓 Position Details

Schedule:

• Phase 1 (January-March) Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM with some flexibility for earlier or later hours required. (50 hrs/week)

• Phase 2 (April Ongoing) Thursday & Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with some flexibility for earlier or later hours required (20 hrs/week)

Compensation: $25–30/hour, depending on experience

Benefits: Guaranteed hours, paid holidays, and paid vacation offered

🧸 Key Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, loving care to the children.

• Supporting developmental milestones (tummy time, sensory play, etc.).

• Bottle feeding, diapering, and managing nap routines.

• Light child-related housekeeping (bottles, children's laundry, seasonal rotations, toy rotations, maintaining children's rooms) and assisting children in participating in household tasks.

• Preschool drop-offs and pick-ups, transporting children to activities and outings.

• Promoting safe and appropriate boundaries and good manners in a loving and warm way.

• Occasional errands, meal prep, and light household tasks.

📋 Requirements

4+ years of recent nanny experience, especially with infants.

CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain before start).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Non-smoker, fully vaccinated
