Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed in Bexley, OH

A warm, thoughtful, and highly communicative family is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their newborn while supporting a collaborative and team-oriented household. The family has a toddler who will be 3 at the start of the position and is expecting their second baby in June. The primary focus of this role will be the newborn, with occasional care for the toddler when needed. Mom is a physician in fellowship with a demanding schedule, and Dad works remotely from home. The family values open communication, teamwork, and creating a supportive environment for both their children and their nanny. This role will begin while mom is still on maternity leave, allowing for a smooth transition and onboarding period.

🗓 Position Details

Start Date: August 24, 2026
End Date: July 2, 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours:

• Majority: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Two months: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 45/week
Compensation: $20–$23/hour
Benefits:

• 2 weeks PTO

• Full infant care

• Feeding, bottle prep, and cleaning

• Maintaining routines while following baby’s cues

• Using the Huckleberry app for tracking

• Infant development and engagement

• Baby laundry and organization
