A family in Westerville is seeking a nurturing, bubbly, and highly engaged nanny for their newborn twins. The ideal candidate is proactive, loves planning age-appropriate activities, and will take an active role in creating a positive, safe, and structured environment.
🗓 Position Details
Location: Westerville, OH
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. Guaranteed 30 hours per week.
Hours: 10-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $26–$28/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
🍼 Responsibilities
Childcare:
Provide high-quality, engaged care for children
Prepare nutritious meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Portion and cut food for baby-led weaning
Sterilize bottles and baby items daily
Support developmental milestones through play and activities
Plan outings and register children for age-appropriate activities (with approval)
Transport children as needed (valid driver’s license and clean record required)
Accompany children to doctor/dentist appointments as needed
Light Household Duties (Child-related):
Tidy children’s rooms daily; change sheets weekly or as needed
Laundry as needed (minimum 2x/week)
Organize/rotate toys at parents’ request
Clean highchair area after meals/snacks; sweep/mop as needed
Run and unload dishwasher as needed
Empty trash/diaper pail as needed
Rotate seasonal clothing
Pet Info:
Family has a friendly 6-year-old Aussie-doodle. Parents primarily handle pet care, but nanny may occasionally be required to let the dog out or refill the water bowl.

Vacation: 2 weeks (60 hours)
Sick Days: 2 days (20 hours)
Additional PTO: Available when family travels and nanny is not needed but available to work
Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas
Bereavement Leave: 3 days
Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard rate for work-related travel

Experienced and confident in caring for infants and toddlers
Experienced working with multiples
Fully vaccinated
Comfortable with baby-led weaning and bottle sterilization
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable in a Christian household (bonus if you share similar values)
No posting/sharing children’s information on social media
Ability to maintain boundaries with limited personal cell phone use during work hours
Comfortable with household cameras (kitchen area)
Must be pet-friendly
